How to remove cover for runners on sliding doors ?

Need to adjust my near side sliding door on my 639 as it is rubbing on the rail .
How does that cover come off. I've undone the torque bolt at the front but the rest looks to be clips and I don't want to pull too hard the wrong direction if you know what I mean!
Any help would be appreciated.
